#8 Karl Lagerfeld St. Tropez

Karl Lagerfeld always has a story to tell.. His Chanel Resort 2011 collection was the most natural scene in the middle of the street in Saint Tropez, where the models arrived on yachts or on motorcycle while during the show they walked like they are on a boardwalk, holding shoes in their hand and playing with their hair. The viewers were seated in an outside restaurant terrace, and they looked like they are part of the decor.

#7 Huntress Collection Trunk Show

Last month Paula and Kei held their invitation only Private Fall Trunk show in an Upper East Side townhouse. While everybody were able to order from the new 2011 Huntress Collection, they also could purchase and leave with some pieces from the current season. The event was great feedback for the designers to see what is the customers reaction to the collection and also collect some money to start the production.

#6 Creative Fashion Show

This show is over the top however it isn't regular runway show, its more like a magical transformation from one design to an other. It's pretty amazing!

#5 Current Color Trends

Black and the shades of grays are always "IN" every winter but its refreshing that we see some bright colors on the runway. From ocean blue to watermelon, ruby red to sunflower hopefully will bring back a little sunshine in the middle of fall. The most dominants this season are the warm colors like sand, mocha, shades of yellow and orange.
